We take you through each step of the process, from assisting your move from other fulfillment houses or locations, to configuring your shopping cart and data. From managing your database set-up within our system, to developing a successful return process.
This dedicated team gets to know your processes and, where needed, helps you develop your processes. Your team then trains our warehouse staff to ensure that our organization understands what you and your company represent. Once all of your Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs) are put in place and the “Integration Team” has certified that all inventory, orders and returns are processed to the SOPs your account requires, you are then transitioned to an assigned Customer Care Representative and the Operations Department.
